Fully designed in TODO.md and docs. Needs implementation.

  • pipelineActive state machine on appState (off / waiting-step1 / waiting-step2)
  • && button in main menu header with visual state feedback
  • Module tile dimming for invalid Step 2 targets
  • PipelineAfter + PipelineDeleteOnSuccess fields on queue.Job
  • Queue runner: chain execution + intermediate file cleanup on success
  • Keep intermediate files toggle in Settings -> Preferences
