Replace all emojis with ASCII status indicators

Replaced all emoji characters with standard ASCII status prefixes
to prevent encoding issues on Windows systems:
- ✓/❌ → [OK]/[ERROR]
- ⚠️ → [WARN]
- 📦/🔨/🧹/⬇️/📥 → [INFO]

This ensures the script works correctly on all Windows configurations
regardless of console encoding settings.
